Student Organization Resources
Our office is responsible for supporting student organizations through officer trainings, physical resources, and much more.
- Printing – We provide student organizations with free copies. Each organization can receive 100 copies in color or 200 copies in black and white each semester. Click here to request copies and upload your files.
- Registration Confirmation – If your organization needs recognition of your registration status, we can provide an official letter confirming your status on campus. This is often used for groups starting a bank account. Click here to request a letter from our office.
- Lockers – Our office has a limited number of lockers available for student organizations to use for storage. There is currently a waiting list for these lockers. Click here to get added to the waiting list for a locker. If your organization has a locker, you can access it any time our office is open.
- Supplies – We provide supplies for groups to create display boards including trifold boards and borders in various colors, cardstock, glue, and staplers. These supplies are available in our office at any time, just visit us in 107 Main Campus Student Center.
- Craft Kits – Hosting a meeting or event that involves crafting? Check out a craft kit from our office that includes construction paper, cardstock, scissors, a paper cutter, tape, markers, and rulers. Contact sao@ecu.edu to request a Craft Kit.
- Workspace – Our office is available for groups to use for small meetings and to work on organization business.
- Content Studio – Need a space to record podcasts or social media content? Schedule a time in our in-house content studio. We can provide flexible furnishings, a green screen, professional lighting, and microphones. Contact sao@ecu.edu to request a time.
- Trainings and Workshops – We provide training each semester for current and prospective student organization officers. Our office is also available to conduct workshops for individual organizations on topics as requested. Visit the Trainings and Workshop page for more information.
- Annual Registration – All student organizations must complete the annual re-registration process which is open from April 15 to August 31 each year. Visit the Annual Organization Registration page for assistance.
